Pacific Assessment Referral & Counselling program (PARC) has grown from a joint pilot project with the federal and provincial governments into an industry leading career decision-making service. Through innovative and dynamic programming, PARC has assisted thousands of individuals make satisfying and productive life and work decisions.
PARC program assists individuals in identifying career employment options. This is done through a three stage process- Assessment, Alignment & Implementation.
In short, PARC will:
- Assess an individual’s capacities and preferences in a wide range of areas. This information becomes the foundation for lifework decisions.
- Use assessment information to assist individuals Align themselves with potentially satisfying careers.
- Assist the individual to Implement lifework decisions that will lead to a more satisfying career.
